The Research Association 3-D MID takes over all research topics for the functionalization of three-dimensional substrates in the Industrial Collective Research (IGF). In addition, research into the additive production of integrated devices is also welcomed. Increasing focus is being placed on integrated production processes in order to be able to manufacture mechatronically integrated products directly in a system and thus obtain a highly functional miniaturized system.
